Saving Water Saves Money!


Many Board of Public Utilities customers want to know how to be water smart in ways that will save money and help conserve Cheyenne's water resources. Inspect water use in your home or business, repair & replace fixtures or appliances, ensure efficient outdoor use, and take additional steps with WaterSense. INSPECT

Leaks cost money, even if it looks like just a small drip!

Leak Checklists:

Read your meter to troubleshoot leaks. If the water is off and the flow detector is spinning (old model) or the number is increasing (new model), there is a leak. You need a bright flashlight to display numbers on the new models.

If you still need help, call the Board of Public Utilities to schedule a free leak check.
