Don’t invite a FOG CLOG to Thanksgiving

Fats, oils and grease (FOG) are a fast way to ruin a great holiday. The Board of Public Utilities reminds everyone not to pour hot, melted, fats down your drain when cooking and cleaning up after Thanksgiving dinner. They can cool quickly, creating a clog, and may lead to a sewer backup into your and/or your neighbors’ home.
