Cheyenne, WY – As part of the three miles water main and fire hydrant replacement project on or near Dell Range Blvd., the City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (Board) continues to advance water service reliability in the area. The five-staged project will be wrapping up stage two on Bluegrass Circle from Dell Range Blvd. to Spring Ct. Congestion should easy in the area as the Board moves to stages three, four and five of the project.

The last stages (three, four and five) will start Tuesday, September 8th, on Stillwater Ave., Meadowland Dr. and Edgewater Ave. Traffic controls will be in place including one-way traffic. Business and residential access will be provided.  This $4.4 million multi-staged water project is slated to end in the Winter of 2020. The Board apologized for any inconvenience this project may cause and thanks Cheyenne for their patience as the Board upgrades the water system.
