BOPU RESURFACING PROJECT 2026PVM01
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the BOPU Pavement Resurfacing Project, 2026PVM01 will be received by the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), at the Timothy E. Wilson Administration/Engineering Building located at 2416 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 11:00 AM local time on July 7, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing resurfacing paved areas with either 3/4-inch or 1-inch hot mix asphalt wear course, as designated on Bid documents with incidental edge milling as needed – Water Treatment / Operations & Maintenance, crack sealing and polymer slurry sealing – Water Reclamation and 4-inch pavement patching – all locations as needed.
Bids will be received for a single or separate prime Contract(s). Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Board of Public Utilities.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.cheyennebopu.org/Bids-Proposals. The date that the Bidding Documents are obtained by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM local time on June 30, 2026 at the Timothy E. Wilson Administration/Engineering Building located at 2416 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne, WY 82001. A virtual meeting option will also be provided to plan holders. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
