IMPORTANT: We have recently updated our billing and payment portal systems. These upgrades did not impact our Bank Draft Payment system. If you were previously enrolled in Bank Draft Payments, you do not need to complete and resubmit this form. Your Bank Draft Payments will continue to be drafted from your previously established checking or savings account without issue.
