REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FY2027 SEWER REHABS
The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming Board of Public Utilities (BOARD) is soliciting proposals for professional consulting and engineering services for the FY2027 Sewer Rehabs. The project includes the surveying, geotechnical investigation, design, plan preparation, bidding assistance, and limited consultation during construction for select sewer rehabilitation improvements at various locations within Cheyenne, Wyoming.
The BOARD will receive sealed proposals at the Administration Office located at 2416 Snyder Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 1:00 pm local time on August 3, 2026. The Request for Proposal may be downloaded from the BOPU web site at https://www.cheyennebopu.org.
Each submission package must include: one (1) paper OR one (1) digital copy.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 pm MST July 20, 2026 at the BOARD’s administration office located at 2416 Snyder Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Information to attend virtually will be listed on the BOPU website. Attendance (in person OR virtual) is strongly encouraged.
Short list for interviews will be announced on August 12, 2026, and interviews are tentatively scheduled for August 19, 2026 at the BOARD’s administration office.
