REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NEW NORTH CROW RESERVOIR SPILLWAY REHABILITATION
The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming Board of Public Utilities (BOARD) is soliciting proposals for professional consulting and engineering services for the New North Crow Reservoir Spillway Rehabilitation. The purpose of the project is to conduct a detailed dam safety evaluation and Semi-Quantitative Risk Analysis (SQRA) and complete engineering design and specifications for replacing and modifying the spillway systems for the New North Crow Reservoir (aka Upper Van Tassell Dam) to support future dam rehabilitation.
BOARD will receive sealed proposals at the Main Office located at 2416 Snyder Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, until Friday July 17, 2026 at 11:00am. The Request for Proposal may be downloaded from the BOPU web site at http://www.cheyennebopu.org
Each submission package must include: one (1) unbound hardcopy and one (1) digital copy.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at Wednesday July 1, 2026 at 11:00 am at the BOARD’s main office located at 2416 Snyder Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
Short list for interviews will be announced on July 22, 2026, and interviews are tentatively scheduled for July 29, 2026 at the BOARD’s main office.
