OM Division Roofing Replacement Project

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Board of Public Utilities is seeking bids for services to remove and replace the asphalt shingled roofing at two Operations and Maintenance locations;
Location 1 - Operations and Maintenance offices at 2406 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne WY 82001
Location 2 - O&M Pointe Pump and Lift Station at 6500 Powderhouse Rd. Cheyenne WY 82009
Services shall include:
All work as normally required to replace existing hail damaged 3-tab asphalt shingles on two separate structures including, mobilization, site preparation, deck inspection/repair, underlayment and flashing install, shingle installation and cleanup.
Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), at its Administration/Engineering Building located at 2416 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne, WY Attn: Dennis Graham or electronically at dgraham@cheyennebopu.org until 2:00 P.M. local time on August 5, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at www.cheyennebopu.org/Bids-andProposals. The date that the Bidding Documents are downloaded from the website by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
Site visits can be scheduled by contacting BOPU Operations and Maintenance Office at 307-637-6471.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
