CCWRF Reuse Tank Coating Project
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the CCWRF Reuse Tank Coating (2024RUR01) project will be received by the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), at the Timothy E. Wilson Administration/Engineering Building located at 2416 Snyder Ave. Cheyenne, WY 82001, until 2:00 p.m. local time on 5/29/2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing a polyurea coating on the north reuse tank at Crow Creek Water Reclamation Facility.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Board of Public Utilities.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.cheyennebopu.org/Contractors/Bids-Contracts-Opportunities/Bids-Proposals. The date that the Bidding Documents are obtained by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on 5/9/2024 at the Crow Creek Water Reclamation Facility located at 4403 Livingston Ave. Cheyenne, WY 82007. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
