Want to Haul? Give Us a Call.

Any business or person engaged in the commercial pumping/cleaning of septic tanks, septage holding tanks, and chemical toilets is termed a Wastewater Hauler. Septage will only be accepted from/within Laramie County. Requests to accept waste from out of Laramie County locations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must have written approval from the Water Reclamation Division Manager.

Compliance & Requirements

Any Wastewater Hauler disposing at the Board of Public Utilities' Water Reclamation Plant must comply. At this time, the Board of Public Utilities doesn't accept a grease discharge but requirement for cleaning interoceptors can be found at Cheyenne City Code 13.20.545. Use this link to learn more about Cheyenne City Code 13.20.545. To be a hauler for non-hazardous liquid waste in Laramie County, there are a few additional requirements that need to be completed as well. Contact our IPP team using the included information below to learn more.

The hauler agreement, located below, will be required of any company desiring to discharge at our water reclamation facilities. Each driver will need to complete the agreement. An official signature on the agreement will be required prior to discharge.
