Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sherard Sludge Collector Replacement (2024WPR01) project will be received by the Board of Public Utilities (BOPU), at bdavis@cheyennebopu.org until 10:00 a.m. local time on December 10, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read via Microsoft Teams web-based conference meeting. The Project consists of removing and replacing the existing pneumatic sludge collection systems with mechanical sludge collection systems.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Board of Public Utilities.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.cheyennebopu.org/Bids-and-Proposals. The date that the Bidding Documents are obtained by the Bidder will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on 11/18/2022 at the R.L. Sherard Water Treatment Plant located at 1821 Happy Jack Rd. Cheyenne, WY 82009. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
