at which time the bids will be publicly opened.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility located at 8911 Campstool Road, Cheyenne, WY 82007. Prospective bidders may join virtually by using a meeting the link provided on the project bid webpage at the above url.
A bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, as required by Wyoming Statute § 15-1-113, must be submitted with each bid (see paragraph 11 of the General Provisions attached).
