View & Pay Your Utility Bill

Getting to Know Your Portal

Customers may create a Customer Portal to view current and previous utility bills, monitor water consumption, set account notifications, manage multiple accounts, and establish online automatic payments. Customers who create a Customer Portal are not required to make payments directly through their Portal. Many customers view their water bill and set account notifications in their Customer Portal but make payments using our separate Bank Draft Payment option (no service fee). Prior to creating your portal, review our various payment options below.

Customer Portal Benefits

24/7 Account Access: Pay bills, view water usage history, and manage account information anytime, anywhere.

Multiple Payment Options: Credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and a new text2pay option are available to customers. Merchant service fees apply.

Autopay and Payment Reminders: Set up recurring payments or opt-in to receive email and/or text notifications when payment is due.

Mobile-Friendly Interface: Optimized for all devices for convenient access on the go.

Enhanced Security: State-of-the-art encryption and compliance with industry security standards.

Payment Options

Several online payment options exist for our customers.

  • Bank Draft Payments with a Valid Checking or Savings Account through BOPU (NO SERVICE FEE)

This option is ideal for residential customers and businesses who don’t want to pay service fees. In addition to enrolling in our separate bank draft payment system, we recommend that customers who select this option create a Customer Portal. To setup automatic bank draft payments using a valid checking or savings account and avoid paying a service fee, complete our bank draft payments form.

Payment for services rendered will be processed separately using a valid checking or savings account, rather than from within the Portal.

  • Payments through the Customer Portal (SERVICE FEE INCLUDED)

Two options for payment exist within the Customer Portal. Both options are ideal for residential customers and businesses who want to have greater flexibility with online payment options. Customers who select to make a payment through the customer portal will be able to view their bills, setup automatic payments and account notifications, as well as manage and pay for multiple utility accounts. Payment through the Customer Portal includes a $2.95 service fee, while automated clearing house (ACH) payments through the Customer Portal will incur a $0.50 service fee.
