Construction work to install a new 4" water service into the existing bulk water fill station will occur between October 26th through 30th. During this time the bulk water fill station will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cheyenne, WY – Starting on Monday, October 26, 2020, the City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (Board) customer service call-in hours resumes to the normal hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. With the current circumstance of COVID 19, the Board’s lobby at 2416 Snyder Ave. will remain closed until further notice.
